Scouts
All scouts must have a registration form, medical form parts A & B (with copy of insurance card) turned into the Scout Shop by June 7th 2013. We will not be able to guarantee a T-Shirt if forms are turned in later. Please make sure you check what size T-Shirt the scout needs on form.
Chaperones
All chaperones must have a registration form, medical form parts A & B (with copy of insurance card and youth protection) turned into the Scout Shop by June 15th 2013. We will not be able to guarantee a T-Shirt if forms are turned in later. Also we require there is a 1 to 5 ratio for scouts to chaperones (Tigers is a 1 to 1 ratio), so please check with your pack to make sure that you will have enough chaperones for your scouts.
